Save the Children this Christmas Jumper Day

It’s nearly Christmas (well, it’s officially December) which means it’s really nearly Christmas Jumper Day. Get your slightly ridiculous and suitably Christmassy knits at the ready; Save the Children’s festive fundraiser is taking place on 16th December. All you have to do is wear your jumper and donate just £2 – or more – to the charity.

After a year in which everyone, including everyone in our house, went Pokemon Go mad, we have a pretty spectacular family theme to our jumpers this year…oh yes. I was sent this spectacular Bulbasaur sweatshirt and loved it so much that now, in an epic display of family-wide twinning we bought them for all of us. Mine is a large so fairly big on me but it’s the warmest thing ever. Plus – a Pokemon Christmas jumper!

But if something else is slightly more up your street, Save the Children have launched a tie-in with slogan top supremos Selfish Mother, which has released a new Christmas jumper range where 50% of each sale will be donated to the Save the Children, buy them here.

And if you’re shopping for children’s presents, Save the Children have also signed up with Fisher Price which is donating £1 from the sale of 16 products in the Laugh and Learn range and you can also buy official jumper day bears at WH Smith (along with a festive wrapping range).
